It's Christmas

...Ale bottling time. Yes. My Christmas Ale is now ready for bottling.. and will, I hope, be ready for drinking by Christmas... it does need quite some bottle aging to reach its peak.

For the label I chose a picture of the Bury St. Edmunds Christmas Fayre. The link will take you to details of this year's.

So they are now safely stowed in the garage. I might try a bottle in September to check it is OK.
