Bottling was finished on Monday and labelling done this morning, with a background Suffolk wheat image from our recent Hadley and Kersey walk. It should be ready to drink by the end of the month and is expected to be "Thirst-quenching, very light and blond. Slightly cloudy beer with a fresh flavour and marvellous aroma." I hope so. We'll find out when the first glass is poured from the mini-barrel.
