Gin experiments continued

A few days ago I tried another variation of my gin recipe as an infusion. This is the recipe for #8.

For the recipe, I changed a few things to get the balance more like #6, which was the best so far. This was my plan and resulting mix.

And here is the jar freshly made up. It is already turning pink.

24 hours later and after filtering I had a pinkish gin again.

The verdict? Not bad but a bit heavy on the bass notes with the amount of liquorice and fennel. I think I'm about ready to try distilling some!
