Spelt Bread

Look what I found when I went to town yesterday..


And here is my Spelt loaf, hot from the bread machine.


But time for a walk now. I've made Sarah and William a chorizo, beetroot and feta salad for lunch to go with the bread and a portion for myself. I think I'll head for Norton - number 2 of yesterday's planned walks. The Blackbourn Nature Reserve visited in the mud earlier in January (see here) should be dry now.
