When I did my weekly shop at Sainsbury's they didn't have any pitta breads. But I needed some for my Chicken Fattoush for lunch. So, rather than go to the shops again, I decided to make some...
I'd never made any before, but they turned out OK. And now I had more than I needed, so I cooked up some chickpeas to make some Hummus for tea today.
The food processer struggled... I maybe made too much, but the result went down well.
I think I'll use canned chickpeas next time, though.
