St. John Passion cont.

Tonight the 5th episode of the Bach St. John Passion from isolation was released online. I have been enjoying listening and watching such a talented bunch of musicians performing together but separately.

While setting up my laptop to use the TV and sound system in the lounge for our weekly family Zoom quiz session, I replayed some of Part 3 on the big screen with surround sound. Fabulous!

The 'live' artwork is amazing.

These is clearly a lot a work in producing the final edit. Can you see here  that the same oboist is playing both parts?
