Piccalilli

I decided the Tassel Pickle collection wouldn't be complete without some piccalilli, so when I did the weekly food shop on Wednesday I put the ingredients I was missing on the list.

I used this recipe from BBC Good Food...

I used smaller jars so ended up with 6 and a bit jars...

"That will go lovely with some pork pie" said Dawn. Top of the shopping list for next week then.
