Razorback Chilli Sauce - 2023 Editiion

Time this evening for the last of my planned chilli produce for the year.

It's our old favourite the Razorback Sweet Chilli Sauce. This is the recipe:

I'd saved a lot of the red chillis for this one. I made it slightly thicker this year, I think.

Just 4 jars... but we haven't finished last year's yet!

Now I just have to do all the labels.
