A Swinging Christmas with Jazz at the Movies

Last night William and I attended a packed Apex concert given by the Jazz at the Movies group.

I had bought tickets for Dawn and myself, but Dawn still has a nasty cold and cough, so William came instead.

Just as last year and we went in 2019, it was a great evening's entertainment, with jazz arrangements of many classic Christmas songs. 

We were in the Upper balcony, so had a good view of all of the stage. Here are a few photos from the camera on my phone.

We were at our seats 10 minutes early.

Joanna changed into a sparkly onesie at the interval.

A regular feature of the show is for George and Joanna to change places with George giving us a novelty Christmas song and Joanna playing the drums. Hilarious!

Lots of old favourites, but a couple of new ones. Thank-you all for a great concert!
