Another favourite is Chilli Jam from this Nigella Lawson recipe. But, as I found before, following the recipe to the letter results in a rather runny chilli sauce. So when I saw the result was a bit runny, I put it back in the pan and cooled it some more, leaving me with this...

I tried it out - delicious with cheese! Still a bit runny, but it works better than last year's which is thicker.
