This weekend Dawn cropped the chillis and cleared away the plants.
Now what am I going to do with all these? I need a few more ripe ones to make my
Razorback Chilli Sauce and
Devil's Kiss Chilli Sauce. But I can get started on some more
pickled chillis.
But I may have to wait a bit before processing too many - I don't have enough jars and I don't have a delivery date for my order of new ones yet. Until then, I hope the chillis keep fresh in the greenhouse.
