Ripening the Chillis

 

Since Dawn harvested the chillis last weekend the have been stored in carrier bags in the greenhouse.

But we didn't have many red ones so I decided to try ripening some more by spreading them out on the dining room table - they were more likely to ripen at room temperature than the cold greenhouse. 

Will I get enough to make some Razorback Sauce and Chilli Jam? We'll see.
