Ginger Beer

As I was clearing out a kitchen cupboard, I came across this, which had been lurking there for several years...

Well it was so out of date, it might not work, but I gave it a try anyway. So here is my ginger beer plant on Day 2. It seems to be fermenting OK. We'll see what the end result is like in a couple of weeks.

I think I'm going to need some more bottles.
