I got 3 x 2.5kg bags, so that should keep me going for a while! And here is my first loaf using the breadmaker for quite a while. Just a basic white loaf to start with, but will be doing other recipes from tomorrow.

Give us each day...
...our daily bread. It has been impossible to get string bread flour from the supermarkets to make my own bread, but sister Kirsty sent me a link to where she gets hers from. It arrived today...
I got 3 x 2.5kg bags, so that should keep me going for a while! And here is my first loaf using the breadmaker for quite a while. Just a basic white loaf to start with, but will be doing other recipes from tomorrow.
