Pong Update

Oo. These cheeses are yummy.

The Epoisses de Bourgogne, tried the other day, got triply wrapped in its original wrapper, clingfilm and then  aluminium foil to keep it from making everything else in the fridge smell of cheese.


It was so ripe, it was almost flowing off the digestive biscuit.


Delicious.

That's all gone now, so we tried the Nettlebed Bix triple cream cheese tonight.



Is there a creamier chees on the planet, I wonder?
