Pong #4

The last cheese from our Pong selection is the Caws Artisan Perl Las,

Not as blue as I was expecting and as soft and creamy as the others, but a bit stronger than all but our first to try, the Epoisses de Bourgogne. I'm keeping some for my Cyber Beer Fest on Friday.
